  Unbelievably poor service from the staff.
  
  Asked the waitress to check if our table was ready and instead of asking she walked out to have cigarette.
  
  This, in turn, made us miss the Lunch menu meaning we couldn't get a Sunday roast.
  
  In addition, several customers walked out due to there being a table of 12 noisy unaccompanied children.
  
  Poor table planning and poor service. I expected better based on the reviews on here.

  A good wine selection but the menu wasn't particularly enticing. (March 2017). A nice pub to stop by for a few after work.

  Every time we go to Richmond on a beautiful sunny day, we seem to always end our lovely day at the Duke, great atmosphere, lovely staff, and good bear and wine selection but most importantly for us, it is also child friendly with disable and changing room
