  Only had the sandwiches but they were amazing! Very good customer service and we were allowed to take our dog in there too which gives it that extra special feeling.

  After a nice meal in the King's Hotel Restaurant, we headed back to the parking area to discover that we had got two fines (in our two vehicles); for apparently "not displaying the right sign obtained from the reception". We had assumed that since we were having lunch at the hotel premises, we were entitled to park in the corresponding parking space. When we tried to look for somebody to speak to and clear up the confusion, we were told there was nothing they could do. Result: the most expensive meal I have had in years and an unpleasent end to a visit to Richmond.

  Nice outside sitting area within the market place. Food is served outside as well as inside. Looks like it was recently redecorated.

  Attended a friends engagement party, the venue hasn't got the resources to cater the room. Lengthy waiting at the bar as it was small and lacked choice. If you wanted a pint other than carlesberg you had to go to the main bar downstairs which resulted in long waiting too as they made cocktails. The room otherwise was lovely
